I’m a 90’s girl….nananana.
How are you doing? I made it to a party and I was out tull 3am- I felt so 21ish. It was a nice change from the usual. It was my cousin in law’s 30 birthday party and she opted for a themed party.
Of course as is typical with Nigerians, some people disobeyed the dress code. Me i patched it together – outfit put together by the husband.
My husband went to LOP and found timberlands- those things were soo heavy! So his outfit was set- you can’t pay me to wear timberlands at this age. Funny that LOP is still open – all the 90’s bubblers knew that LOP was the quick spot to get your “baffs” for all those KC, QC, AHALL, SEF parties. “All boys out parties like i call them”- our parties were named too. 😅
The music was off the chain- whaaat Dj Obi was blazing – he dj’d my trad and when I tell you Obi knows how to bring the party – he is the party.
Anyways myself and my 2nd husband 3pac Shakur took a picture.
I crashed so hard i woke up at 11.30am on a Wednesday. I would have been sacked if I had a boss.
I sometimes miss the days of just plain old partaying without the airs….
Maybe for my 35 *cough* i can have a themed party if I don’t change my mind before then.
